At SLECHTHART, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, which means we do not keep stock or process traditional returns.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because each piece is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear production error.
Order Changes (48-Hour Window)
We understand that mistakes can happen. Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to make changes to their order, including:
Shipping address updates
Size or product corrections
To request a change, please email us at info@slechthart.com with your order number and the requested update.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
A photo of the item
Your order number
A description of the issue
We’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
